INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The multiconfiguration module does not need batteries.
Before starting, put on the microphone with headset.
Regulate the position of the tube until the microphone is 5 cm (approx.) from your mouth and speak normally
into the microphone, to not saturate the signal. Turn the microphone gently and handle the cable and the
connectors carefully to avoid breakages. Do not apply excessive power to the headset, to avoid damaging
them.
Then pick up the telephone or press the corresponding button on the telephone to get a line. Check that
the button marked with a microphone with headset and a telephone is pressed down (the microphone
with headset position has been selected) and the MUTE/TALK button is not pressed down (the TALK
position has been selected).
The mic. with headset and telephone button lets you choose between using the microphone with headset
or the telephone receiver. When the button has been pressed down communication is made through the
microphone with the headset. With the button released, you can use the telephone receiver.
If you press the MUTE/TALK button the person on the other end of the line cannot hear, but you can hear
them. To continue with the conversation, press the button again to release it and select the TALK position.
CONFIGURATION SELECTION
Open the top lid of the multiconfiguration module. There are 2 selector switches marked 1, 2, 3, 4 and A, B,
C, D. With these selectors you can get 12 setups which provide a high possibility of compatibility. Test the
positions one by one until you can hear a clear ring tone through the mic. headset.
Take into account that there could be various setups giving a ring tone. Just choose the one which sounds
the best. There is at least one setting which fits your telephone.
