The display is not working
Solution: Unplug and replug the power supply. The 4K logo on the top will
light up in blue when the box is functioning properly.

The display is not relaying to the TV
Solutions: Check to see that the HD cable is connected properly.
Try a new HD cable. Try a new monitor.

The Infrared is not functioning
Solution: Make sure that the remote control batteries have enough power.
When pressing the remote control the indicator light should glow red.
