Removing a unit from your account
To remove a unit from your account, start by logging in to your account at
www.contactgps.com
From the menu at the top of the page, click “My units”. Click on the serial number of the
unit you want to remove. Click the link “Remove unit”. Confirm by clicking “OK”.
The unit is now unregistered and can be added to another account.
Troubleshooting
The location of the unit does not update in the app and the yellow LED on the unit is
flashing:
- The SIM card balance might be used up.
- The SIM card may have been suspended by the operator due to no activity for a long
period of time.
