STEP 2 – FULLY EXTENDING THE TRAILER

Beyond 1m, the weight of the trailer will
now aid in folding out of the tow arm and
under carriage (wheels & suspension).

Ensure the wheels are moving into the
correct load bearing position.

Continue to unwind the ratchet winch.

The Foldy trailer will come to rest almost
fully extended.

Continue turning the ratchet winch handle
for an additional 4 revolution to create slack
in the undercarriage cable.

The extra cable slack will allow for the
cargo bay to align with the tow arm.

Now locate the security bolt for the tow
arm.

Open the security bolt by unfastening the
ring nut and pulling the bolt out.
