Always wear an approved
personal flotation device
(PFD) and certified helmet.
Do not operate the FOIL in
high-traffic environments,
rock areas, or in inclem-
ent/severe weather.
It may be necessary to
obtain a license or permit to
use FOIL in certain states,
countries, or jurisdictions.
NEVER operate the
FOIL in depths of less
than 5 feet.
NEVER start FOIL
when any swimmers
are in the water nearby.
FOIL is not intended for
use by children under 14
years of age.
