HOT DETERGENT SOLUTION TO REMOVE
TRACES OF ADHESIVE OR MACHINE OILS.
STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES MAY BE
CLEANED WITH A ‘COMMERCIAL STAIN-
LESS STEEL CLEANER’.
• The flame tamer is designed to reduce flaring. The plates fit
onto the ledge at the front and rear of the barbecue body.
Depending on the model you have purchased, position as
indicated above.
• Do not install flame tamer directly under the hot plate. For this
barbecue model, the central flame tamer will position partially
under the hot plate.

DO NOT COVER ENTIRE COOKING
SURFACE WITH SOLID PLATES,
AS THIS WILL RESULT IN POOR
COOKING PERFORMANCE, OR THE
BURNERS MAY GO OUT, CREATING A
HAZARDOUS SITUATION.
