User instructions
General usage:
1.
To change the resistance on the device, you must turn the manual button below the
display. It is equipped with eight resistance positions.
2.
With the MODE button you can navigate through the different information displays
and data can be confirmed. When SCAN is displayed on the screen, the screen will
change between information every 8 seconds.
3.
By pressing SET the value will go up and you can enter different values for the
training, press MODE to confirm.
4.
Press RESET for 4 seconds to reset the whole training.
Other information:
- If the device is not used for a few minutes, the sleep mode will be activated.
- In case of a defect, the battery must be pulled out and inserted again.
START/STOP Start of stop the current training.
RESET Reset the value to zero.
SET The filling in of data.
MODE To navigate through the different information displays or confirmation.
