Thank You for purchasing a FoamFly Product!
Welcome to the world of
simple, durable foam flying machines. The floats make a water takeoff not only a
possibility, and but also a thrill.
The Insta-Plane Construction makes the plane quick and easy to assemble. All
the pieces are specially pre-cut with only a few jobs left for you to do. You can literally
have this plane up and flying in under an hour. Experience helps, and I recommend
reading these instructions thoroughly before beginning.
EZ-Float Requirements
:
•
Optional Covering Material: Packing tape, or other low temp covering like Econocote,
Oracover, Solite, etc.) For larger floats fiberglass cloth and polycrylic make a good
covering as well.
•
Foam Safe Glue: Contact cement if needed to help covering adhere, Polyurethane
glue, waterproof wood glue, or foam-safe CA for attaching the wood parts.
•
Wire for mounting to the plane. The main gear usually works for one side, then you
need to fabricate something for the other.
