Disposal
Disposing of the packaging
Dispose of the packaging separated
into single type materials. Dispose
of cardboard and carton as waste
paper and film via the recyclable
material collection service.
Disposing of the flying tent
(Applicable in the European Union and other
European states with systems for the separate
collection of reusable waste materials.)
−
Dispose of the flying tent in accordance
with the disposal laws and regulations in
force in your country.
>> Always insert pegs all the way in the
ground.
NOTICE!
Improper handling of the flying tent
may result in damage to the flying tent.
>> Only use the flying tent in mild weather
conditions; do not use it in alpine or extreme
conditions such as hail, flooding, extreme
cold or heat. Promptly take the flying tent
down in the event of an incoming storm or
thunderstorm. Even if properly anchored,
it may come loose. Stop using the flying
tent if the plastic parts of the flying tent are
deformed, cracked, chipped or exhibit breaks,
splinters or other damages. Do not place any
objects on the outside of the flying tent.
Cleaning and care
Use a hand brush to sweep out the flying tent
once it is set up. Wipe the inside and outside
of the erected flying tent out with a soft, damp
sponge, cloth or commercially-available tent
cleaner. Clean the pegs and the carabiners
with clean water.
Let all parts dry completely and take the flying
tent down as described in the chapter “Taking
down and folding up the flying tent”.
Storage
All parts must be completely dry before being
stored. Fold the flying tent up so that it fits in
the pack sack.
−
Always store the flying tent in a dry area.
−
Protect the flying tent from direct sunlight!
