Inflate the bag so that it is firm but not tight.
Note: A foot pump, a hair dryer on cool, or a vacuum with the hose in the forced air position works well for inflating the
bag.

Pull the fore and aft strap tight and check the length. When the bag is inflated, the strap should make a small
depression in the bag.
6.
Mount the aft tang to the centerboard trunk.
7.
Mount the center screw first and then tap the tang to bend it to the shape of the trunk.
8.
Install the two outside screws.
9.
Mount the side to side strap to the glassed-in blocks in the same manner as the fore and aft strap.
Note: Be sure not to drill more than 3/4” deep. A hole drilled too deep can easily go through the bow and show on the
outside.
