> Immerse the pump vertically into the liquid and secure it in a vertical position by the
use of a barrel fitting or a screw clamp.
> Connect the service unit between the compressed air supply and the compressed air
motor.
> Set the service unit to the desired operating pressure.
> Start the motor.
Risk of injury!

Only start the motor when the pump is in the liquid.
Attention!

Before connecting the air supply hose to the motor, set the
Start/Stop switch to "0" (Stop).
(On model F 416 Ex unlock locking mechanism of the on/off switch).
Compressed air motor F 416-1 Ex starts immediately upon
compressed air connection.

With compressed air motor F 416-2 Ex, close the ball valve
before compressed air connection.
> When using air motors, please do not exceed the maximum operating pressure
and use an air service unit.
> Install the air service unit in the order


Prior to impinge with the pneumatic the following installation
steps are to be made:
> Drain condensate.
> Check oil level.
> Set the oil mist lubricator to 2-3 drops per minute.
> Install oil separator.
> Use the supplied silencer or an exhaust air hose.
> Connect the air supply hose.
> Observe the operating pressure, if necessary readjust.
> Start the motor.
4.1 Lubricants for air service unit
Use lubricants with the viscosity SAE 32-46.
