Operation

Operating the angle cut-off tool
□
This Angle Cut-off Tool is designed to operate on 90 PSIG.
Lower pressure (below 90 PSIG) will reduce performance
of the tool. Higher air pressure (over 90 PSIG) raises the
performance of the tool beyond its rated capacity and
could cause serious damage to the tool and the user.

Installing the cutting wheel
WARNING:
Disconnect the tool from the air supply before
servicing or changing accessories.
WARNING:
Always use ANSI approved grinding stones
with the rated tool RPM.

Removing the cutting wheel
WARNING:
Disconnect the tool from the air supply before
servicing or changing accessories.

Remove the screw and flange nut with the 4 MM hex wrench
and the 17 MM spanner.
□
Remove the cutting wheel, and replace the flange nut and
screw using the 4 MM hex wrench and 17 MM spanner.

Cutting
WARNING:
You must wear the ANSI approved eye
protection during the operation; failure to follow this this may
result in serious injury or damage to the operator.
WARNING:
Hearing protection is strongly recommended. A
protective respirator is recommended.

Remove the screws and flange
nut with the 4 MM hex wrench
and 17 MM spanner.
□
Mount the cutting wheel on the
spindle.
□
Replace the flange nut and
re-tighten the screw using the
4 MM hex wrench and 17 MM
spanner.
□
Connect the cut-off tool to the air supply.
□
This tool features the safety lock-off mechanism.
□
Operate the tool by disengaging the lock-off mechanism and
depressing the throttle lever to run the tool.
