13.1

Firmware Update Procedure using the Mobile App

To update the GW65 gateway firmware, connect to the network with the mo-
bile app, and then follow the steps below:

1. Select ‘Local’ or ‘Standalone’ mode in the app and connect to the same

network as the GW65.

2. Navigate to the ‘Gateway List’ screen in the app and tap the ‘FW Update’

box.

3. When prompted, tap on an available update file and tap ‘UPDATE’.
4. The app will show the ‘Update Complete’ message when done.
5. The GW65 will reboot and operation will continue normally. If you have

questions or update issues, please contact FLIR.
