Switching the device on and off
Note
The switch (3) is both an On/Off switch and a compensation clamp
for the self-levelling device.
Switch on the device:
„
Rotate the switch clockwise
to (ON).

Switch off the device:
„
Rotate the switch anti-
clockwise to
(OFF).
Attaching the device
Note
For optimum results it is recommended to attach the device to a tripod.
The device can be mounted directly on a commercially available
camera tripod or unipod with the ¼" thread (5).
The device can be attached to
magnetic surfaces with the
installed magnetic clamps (6).
Operating the device
„
Position the device or attach it to the tripod.
„
Switch on the device.
The device levels itself within the self-levelling range (±3.5°).
Note
If the device has been positioned at too steep an angle (>3.5°),
a warning signal sounds and flashing laser beams are displayed.
In this case:
„
Move the device into a more horizontal position.
On completion of work:
„
Switch off the appliance.
