ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 2

1. Insert the support frame(3) & Big-dumbbell support frame(2) to the hole of the main bottom

frme(1),then fix them with hex bolt(13) & flat washer(15);

2. Finally fasten the support frame(3) to the Big-dumbbell support frame(2) with hex bolt(12),flat

washer(15)& nylon nut(6).
