1 Poultry should be cooked to an internal
temperature of at least 165° F. For whole
poultry, temperature measurement should
be taken in the thigh. To gauge shellfish
doneness, refer to FDA food safety guide-
lines.
This Propane Burner must be used

only with LP5 propane gas. The pro-
pane container must be no more than
a 20 pound tank (4.73 gallons) of LP
gas. Do not use bulk tanks of larger
capacity. Do not use any other fuel.
The Stove must be used only with a
vapor withdrawal LP propane tank

valve. The tank must be constructed
and marked in such a way as to
comply with the specifications for LP
gas tanks by the U.S. Department of
Transportation (DOT).
