Assembly

• Align the tips of the screws with the holes in the other

sport bar cover marked RON. Fit the two sport bar
covers together.

• Tighten the screws.

Grille

• Lift the hood.

• Fit the tabs at the bottom of the grille into the slots in the

vehicle body.

• Press near the top of the grille to snap it into the 

vehicle body.

• Lower the hood.

• Fit the tab on one side of a headlight lens into the notch

in the grille.

• Push firmly to snap the tab on the other side of the

headlight lens into the grille.

• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other 

headlight lens to the grille.

• Using safety scissors, separate the sport bar covers.

Dispose of the plastic connector.

• With the ends of the sport bar angled toward you, fit 

the sport bar cover marked “BAC” to the sport bar.

• Align the holes in the sport bar with the holes in the sport

bar cover.

• Insert two #6 x 1
