Assembly
• Slide a round bushing barrel side first, onto the front axle.
• Fit a .437 cap nut onto end of the front axle.
• Tap the cap nut with a hammer to secure it on the
front axle.
• Pull on the .437 cap nut to make sure the front wheel
assembly is secure.
Hint: You may want the help of another adult to support
the front axle while you tap the cap nut with a hammer.

• Slide a round bushing ring side first, onto the front axle.
• Slide the front axle into the hole in the side of the front
feet, through the round bushing and the wheel, and out
through the hole on the other side of the front feet.

• Position the front wheel between the front feet.

Front Feet
• Separate the front axle from the remaining axle. The
front axle is larger than the remaining axle.
• Position a .437 cap nut on a flat surface and fit one end
of the front axle into it.
• Tap the other end of the front axle with a hammer to
secure the cap nut on the end of the front axle.
Hint: You may want to position the cap nut on a scrap
block of wood to protect the assembly surface.
