• Place the food to be cooked on the broiling pan.

• Introduce the broiling pan (fig. 4.4) in the oven.

The broiling pan should be centered under the
broil element (fig. 4.3).

Do not broil without using the broiling pan.

Always use suitable protective
gloves when inserting/
removing the broiling pan,
shelves, pans on other
cooking utensils from the
oven.
