No Picture on Monitor
Cable from power adapter is loose or is unplugged
• Confirm that all cables are connected correctly
• Confirm that the power adapter is securely connected to the back
of the unit
• Confirm that the monitor is powered on (POWER LED indicator on
the front should be Green.
HDMI or VGA Cable not connected or damaged
• Make sure the HDMI or VGA connection to the Monitor and source
DVR is properly aligned and securely fastened.
• Check the pins on both ends of the HDMI or VGA plug. If any are
broken, bent or missing replace the cable.
The image does not fit onto the

Monitor not adjusted properly
• Adjust screen settings per instructions in this manual.
The image is too light or too dark
Monitor not adjusted properly
• Adjust brightness screen settings per instructions in this manual.
