MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION
Disconnect
the
plug
from
the
electricity
supply
before
carrying
out
any
maintenance
or
cleaning
interventions.
In
case
of
the
malfunctioning
or
breakdown
of
the
machine,
contact
only
the
assistance
centres
authorised
by
the
manufacturer
(see
Chapter7).
5.1
Cleaning
Cleaning must be carried out at the end of each use in observance with hygiene regulations
in order to look after the functioning of the machine. With the aid of a wooden or plastic spatula,
proceed with an initial removal of dough residue and successively carry out an accurate cleaning
Of the bowl, spiral, brack dough, and the movable protection. Carry out this cleaning with the aid of
a soft sponge and hot water, then dry with absorbent paper suitable for alimentary use, and
subsequently go over the surfaces mentioned above, and then all of the machine with a soft
clean cloth impregnated with a disinfectant specific for alimentary machines.
ATTENTION
It
is
recommended
to
not,
in
any
case,
use
any
non
‐
food
grade,
abrasive
or
corrosive
chemicals.
Avoid,
in
any
which
way
possible,
the
use
of
water
sprays,
utensils
or
rough
or
abrasive
devices
such
as
steel
scourers
or
sponges
etc.
which
might
damage
the
surfaces
and
in
particular
compromise
safety
from
an
hygiene
point
of
view.
To
maintain
both
the
performance
efficiency
and
the
safety
of
the
machine,
it
is
essential
to
carry
out
the
programmed
periodic
maintenance
(at
least
once
every
6
months)
of
the
following
particulars.
