What can be done if the volume is too low when the M11S is

connected to AirPods?

Go to Settings->About phone, and continuously tap the "Build

number" 7 times. Go back to Settings->System->Developer options

menu to turn off the"Disable absolute volume". Disconnect and

reconnect the two devices through Bluetooth.

8. What power supply adapter is suggested to
charge the M11S?

QC2.0, QC3.0 and MTK PE quick charging protocols are supported. If

the power adapter does not support the above protocols, it will not

trigger the quick charging function. Therefore, it is not suggested to

use it.

For non-quick charging adapters, it is recommended to use the 5V

1A/2A adapters.
