5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Locate and remove all loose parts from the carton.
With wheel oriented as shown, and push them into place.
With cord wrap oriented as shown, secure in place with screw. Tighten screw.
With handle oriented as shown, secure in place with screw. Tighten screw.
