3.2.2 1.8V Output
Module outputs a 1.8V voltage through the VDD_EXT for use of the internal digital circuit of the module.
The voltage is the logic level voltage of the module and can be used to indicate that the module is on or off,
or for external low current (<80mA) circuit. If it is not in use, keep it in floating status. The logic level of
VDD_EXT is defined as follows.
