Performance test

Requirements:

Electrical installation at the control block must have been performed.

Pneumatic installation at the control block must have been performed.

Action sequence:

1. Switch on the operating pressure.

2. Apply operating voltage.

3. Check all possible switching position combinations of the two 5/2−way

solenoid  valves  V1  and  V2  of  the  control  block  and  the  signals  of  the  proximity
sensors  E1  and  E2  (here:  PNP  proximity  sensors)  using  the  following  step
sequences.  Pneumatic  actuation  of  the  working  lines  (2)  and  (4)  is  symbolised
through  p2  and  p4.
Individual  time  periods  for  the  step  sequences  depend  on  the  individual
application  and  are  not  considered  here.
