Service Maintenance and Notes
• Equipment Medium: compressed air (after it has gone through
a 40-micron air filter).
• Lubricate moving parts every 10,000 crimping cycles by adding
a few drops of machine lubricant.
• Check that all bolts and screws are properly tightened once
every few months, do not operate if any parts are missing or
damaged.
• Do not operate the FD64K in extreme temperature or humidity
(recommended operating conditions: 40°F to 120°F).
• When not in use unplug the air tubing, block all open ports with
dust caps, and turn off the air compressor.
• Store the FD64K in a cool and dry place with suitable covering
to prevent any buildup of rust or debris.
