or humidity, recomended operating
conditions: 40-120°F.
• Always maintain proper footing and
balance, ensuring better control
during operation and assembly.
• During operation wear ANSI-
approved safety goggles and heavy-
duty work gloves.

Keep hands and fingers away from
the crimping die set and moving parts
during operation. This tool creates
approximately 1.8 tons of crimping
force.
• NEVER attempt to crimp wires
connected to a live electrical circuit.
• Equipment Medium: compressed air
(after it has gone through a 40-micron
air filter).
• Lubricate moving parts every 10,000
crimping cycles, adding a few drops
of a normal lubricant used for this
purpose.
• Every few months, check that all bolts
and screws are properly tightened.
• When not in use unplug the air tubing,
block open ports with dust caps, and
turn off the air compressor.
• Store the FD110K in a dry, cool place
and cover it with a suitable blanket to
avoid dust and possible rust spot.
