Every time an emergency situation evolves it is important
to resolve it immediately so as not to interfere with the
programmed feeding.
Maintenance
• Always unplug the cord from the outlet before cleaning.
• Do not clean using running water either internally or externally
of the product.
• Do not use solvents for cleaning.
• Use a moist cloth or sponge for cleaning.
• The stainless steel bowl can be cleaned with no particular
precautions.
• In case of food clogging, free clogged area of the duct,
empty the bowl, replace in position and reactivate dispensing
manually until the passage is freed of obstruction.

Appears for every problem visualized on the display.
Press the key “SET” to visualize the message and resolve the problem
immediately.
OPEN - Cover is open or not correctly closed.
Close the cover correctly.
LINE - Loss of power.

The electrical cord is not inserted correctly into the outlet
and must be plugged in properly.

The electrical cord is irreparably damaged and must be replaced.
•
There is a suspension of electrical current.
BATT - Batteries are exhausted.
Replace batteries.
NOPR - The dispenser has no program memorized or those
memorized are switched off.
Memorize or activate the food dispensing program/s.
FAIL - Generic error in power supply to system.
Press simultaneously the keys “+/-”.
If problem persists,please contact the retailer.

Ferplast guarantees the dispenser Ristodog and all its parts and accessories within the limits foreseen by this clause and current law
provisions.
The warranty is valid for manufacturing defects only and includes free repair and replacement.
The warranty does not cover damage and/or defects caused by negligence, wear, use not in accordance with the instructions and
warnings set forth in this manual, accidents, modification, improper use, erroneous repairs and purchase not confirmed with a receipt.
