• Only use this equipment for its intended use.
Do not modify or change its design.
• When tool is not in use always disconnect
from the air supply.
• Maintenance should only be carry out by a
competent person.
• Never point the nail gun at people or yourself
• When using this tool, safety clothing must
be worn. Goggles, gloves, ear defenders. Tie
back long hair and do not wear loose clo

thing.
• Do not allow children to use this tool. Never
leave the tool connected to the air supply
before loading nails or staples.
5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
5.1 Methods of operation
This tool is equipped with the safety and does
not operate unless the safety is depressed.
Single actuation
• Position the nail outlet on the workpiece with
finger off the trigger.
• Depress the safety firmly until it is comple
-
tely depressed.
• Pull the trigger to drive a nail.
After fastening once, fastening will not be
possible again until the trigger is released and
pressed again.
Full sequential actuation
• Position the nail outlet on the workpiece with
finger off the trigger.
• Depress the safety firmly until it is comple
-
tely depressed.
• Pull the trigger to drive a nail.
• Remove finger from the trigger.
To continue nailing a separate location, move
the tool along the wood, follow the same
sequence to continue driving fasteners.
Note:
• Always handle nails and package carefully.
If nails are dropped, collating bent may be
broken, which will cause mis-feeding and
jamming.
• After nailing:
• Disconnect air hose from the tool.
• Remove all nails from the tool.
• Supply 5-10 drops of pneumatic tool lubri
-
cant into the air plug on the tool.
• Open the petcock on the air compressor
tank to drain any moisture.
5.2 Adjusting the nailing depth
WARNING
Disconnect the tool from the air source before
making adjustments. Such precautionary safety
measures reduce the risk or unintentional tool
operation.
• Disconnect tool from air supply.
• Remove nails from the tool.
• Adjust tool driving depth:
• To reduce the nail depth, turn the adjust
-
ment knob Counterclockwise. (Fig. 1)
• To drive the nail deeper, turn the adjustment
knob clockwise. (Fig. 2)
• Reload nails as described in the ”Loading
Nails” section of this manual.
• Reconnect air supply.
