1. Description and cennection
•
The heating cables should be connected to a 230V, 50Hz
electric network. Degree of protection: IP67.
•
The protective braiding is to be connected to the PE
protective conductor.
CONSTRUCTION:
•
Core: solid resistance wire
•
Insuletion: cross- linked polyethylene (XLPE) - 1mm thickeness
•
Protective braiding: 14 tinned copper wires Ř 0,3mm +
AIPET foil
•
Jacket: PVC 105°C — thickness 0,8mm
2. Use for floor heating in residential buildings,
houses, workshops, and restrooms
a) Dimensioning
•
If the floor heating is intended to be used to warm the
floor surface for short intervals, we recommend that the
heating cable be installed close to the floor surface within
the upper limit of the recommended outputs W/m
2
.
•
If the floor heating is to be used to heat a room, it is
necessary to know the thermal loss value for the building to
select the most suitable heating system. The installed output
should correspond to a multiple of 1.1 to 1.3 times the
calculated thermal loss due to the maximum recommended
outputs (see table below). An additional heating device must
be used (for example, converter ECOFLEC or ATLANTIC).

Ochranné opletení se připojuje na PE vodič.

2. Použití pro mírně akumulační a přímotopné
podlahové vytápění
a) Dimenzování
•
Pokud se jedná o krátkodobou temperaci povrchu podlahy,
doporučujeme topný kabel instalovat blízko povrchu podlahy
v horní hranici doporučených příkonů W/m
2
.
•
Pokud se jedná o vytápění místnosti, tak pro správnou volbu
topného systému musíme znát hodnotu tepelných ztrát
objektu. Instalovaný příkon by měl odpovídat 1,1 až 1,3
násobku vypočtených tepelných ztrát z důvodu max.
doporučených výkonů (viz. TAB), musí se použít přídavné
topení (např. konvektor ECOFLEX nebo ATLANTIC).
