Water Heating Device
3-1 Water Inlet and Outlet
Underneath the chocolate sink is the
water heating area. Users can inject water
or discharge water with this part. During
the tempering process, if it needs to be
rapidly cooling down, users can discharge
warm water and inject cold water to
accelerate the process.
3-2 Spillway Hole and Water Level Gauge
Precaution: While injecting water, it is
important to notice the indicator on the
WATER LEVEL GAUGE. If the water level
reaches the upper limit, the WATER INLET
needs to be switched off. Although there
is a SPILLWAY HOLE, if the water is
injected in a big volume, the SPILLWAY
HOLE is not enough to discharge
immediately excessive water.
