Install the TEMPERATURE
SENSING ROD
(Step 6) Reassemble the Temperature Probe
Install the TEMPERATURE PROBE on the support. Adjust the height of the
TEMPERATURE SENSING ROD to keep it from touching directly the chocolate (a bit
higher than the bottom of the chocolate sink). After confirming the position, screw
up the support to fix up the PROBE to complete the assembly.
5-5 Continue the Next Batch of Chocoalte
After reassembling the parts, the machine can be served to temper another
batch of chocolate.
