5 Warranty
The warranty for the NDI 20 starts from the day of
delivery and is 6 months for business to business
and 2 years for consumers when using the device
accordingly. The warranty covers all faults caused by
production or material failures. If the device doesn´t
work properly the device will be repaired or exchanged
with a working one. A claim for an extended warranty
period is not created thereby. During the warranty
period, all deficiencies are after the occurrence to be
notified in writing without delay. Write a description of
the failure as well as the serial number of the device.
Any incidental expenses such as service interruptions,
working hours, freight, customs charges are excluded
from the warranty. No warranty is provided when:
transportation damage, improper handling, vandalism,
any modification to the device, unauthorized opening
of the device. The battery is considered wearing part
and is excluded from the warranty. Prior the delivery
of the device all technical characteristics have been
checked and subjected to a thorough quality control.
