Steps that must be completed:

Assembling the grooved ball bearing

Assembling the drive shaft (with needle bearing)
Tools:

Arbor press

Dial gauge

Sleeve, 30 mm outer diameter, 18.5 mm inner diameter

Sleeve, 17 mm outer diameter, 11 mm inner diameter

Sleeve, 30 mm outer diameter
-
Circlip pliers
1.
Position the crown wheel (

).
2.
Press in the crown wheel.
3.
Position the washer (
1
).
4.
Position the circlip (
2
).

NFORMATION
The bulge of the washer must point in the direction of the
circlip.
