8.2 Removing the carbon brushes
Tools:

PH2 cross-tip screwdriver
-
Slotted screwdriver

Unscrew the four sheet metal screws (

).

Remove the cover (

).
3.
Loosen the screw (

).
4.
Disconnect the cable (

).
5.
Lift the spring (
5
) to one side.
6.
Remove the carbon brush (
6
).
7.
Repeat steps 3 to 6 on the opposite side of the machine.
