4. Diassembling gear box

1. Take out the washer and the spring washer
2. Clamp in the spindle in a vice with aluminium brackets
3. Drive the spindle out of the gear housing with slight hits of a plastic hammer –
If the spindle can‘t be driven out in this way, the ball bearing inside the gear box
comes off with the spindle. In this case the machine has to be disassembled
completely and the armature has to be pulled out of the gearbox. After that the spindle
can be taken off with the ball bearing.
4. Press down the pinion and the ball bearing
