The transmission parameters for the interface can be software-configured. Table 6 shows the
standard parameters for the RS232 interface.

NOTE:
IF there is a RS232 to TTL converter used without external power supply it may be neces-
sary to
switch on the COM Port parameter “RTS” and “DTR” manually.
3.2.3. Data/Clock interface
The length of the cable to the data/clock interface should be kept as short as possible. It must not
exceed 3 m.
