Password
To change your password:
- Tap the first text box and enter your current password;
- Tap the second text box and enter your new password;
- Tap the third text box and enter your new password again;
- Tap ‘update password’ to apply the changes and update your
password.
Logout
- Tap ‘log out’ to log out of your HEY account. Note that you cannot
use the HEY app when you are logged out.
- You can sign in again by tapping ‘Sign in’ and entering your e -mail
address and your password.
HEY app sign in
- If you already have a HEY account you can sign in by tapping
‘Sign in’ when open ing the HEY app. Enter your email address and
the accompanying password and either tap the ‘return’ key on the
on- screen keyboard or tap ‘Sign in’.
