Warranty Exclusions
The manufacturer will not be responsible for,

Repairs or modifications made to any part or section of the scooter product without specific
prior written consent from the manufacturer.

Circumstances beyond the control of the manufacturer.
■
And fees associated with or caused by service, labor, service calls, shipping, or other charges
incurred for repair of the product unless specifically authorized in advance by the manufacturer.

Any damage caused by: abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence of the scooter product; improper
operation, maintenance, or storage of the scooter product; or any commercial use of the power
scooter product.
Official Feather Parts
The hardware and parts of your Feather product are specially designed, high-strength items.
Replacing any hardware or wheelchair components with non-approved parts may result in faulty
operation of your Feather product and may cause harm to the end user. Using non-official brand
parts or making unauthorized changes to a Feather product will void the product warranty.
