UART_TX and UART_RX used for interacting with module by AT commands

when module received data packet, module will send +DATA=<source address>,<destines
address>,<len>,<data> to host

If host need to send data through module to other devices in mesh network, host shall send
AT+NDSEND=<len>,<data> to module, then all the other devices in mesh network will receive the
