When the MIL of the engine of the vehi cle wi th standard OBD

stop the vehi cle as well as hold the brake, turn the key igniti on to ON and then insert the FCAR code reader into

Take F501 for example (the opera tions for F502 diesel code reader is similar). After being connected to
diagnos ti c socket, FCAR reader will sta rt automati call y and displa y the l ogo of FCAR. A few seconds la ter, you
will enter diagnosis interfa ce a nd choose the function you want. If you want to do diagnosis, please choose
“Di a gnostics” a nd enter i t by cl icking the key “Enter”.
