INSTALLAZIONE
1 - Porre la guarnizione flangia sul generatore;
2 - Montare il gruppo testa fissandolo al generatore;
3 - Rimuovere il tappo del gruppo testa;
4 - Rimuovere il tappo della flangia e assicurarsi che la guarnizione o-ring sia ben posizionata sulla
sua sede;
5 - Fissare il tubo rampa gas alla flangia mediante 4 viti a testa cilindrica;
6 - Rimuovere il tappo dal tubo rampa;
7 - Rimuovere il tappo dell'elettrovalvola;
8 - Posizionare l'elettrovalvola e fissarla sulla flangia;
9 - Estrarre il cavo accensione e il cavo sonda dal gruppo testa;
10 - Togliere il cofano allentando le 4 viti;
11 - Allentare le 4 viti
12 - Infilare il cavo sonda e il cavo accensioneattraverso i passacavi;
13 - Fissare il corpo bruciatore al gruppo testa serrando le 4 viti;
14 - Collegare il cavo accensione al trasformatore;
15 - Collegare il cavo sonda al connettore;
16 - Eseguire le connessioni elettriche come in figura e secondo lo schema elettrico allegato;
17 - Togliere il tappo dell'elettrovalvola, collegare la rampa alla linea del gas e rimettere il cofano;
INSTALLA TION
1 - Place the gasket plate on the generator;
2 - Mount the head group fixing it to the generator;
3 - Remove the cap from the head group;
4 - Remove the cap from the plate and make sure that the O-ring is correctly positioned on its seat;
5 - Fix the gas train pipe to the plate by means of 4 cylindrical head screws;
6 - Remove the cap from the gas train pipe;
7 - Remove the cap from the solenoid valve;
8 - Position the solenoid valve and fix it on the plate;
9 - Extract the ignition cable and the probe cable from the head group;
10 - Remove the cover by loosening the 4 screws;
11 - Loosen the 4 screws;
12 - Insert the probe cable and the ignition cable through the cable passages;
13 - Fix the burner body to the head group by tightening the 4 screws;
14 - Connect the ignition cable to the transformer;
15 - Connect the probe cable to the connector;
16 - Do the electrical connections as shown in figure and in the attached electrical diagram;
17 - Remove the cap from the solenoid valve, connect the gas train to the gas line and reposition the
cover.
