Which application should we download for the
Reflex Vox?
To set up the smartwatch, download and install the
Fastrack Reflex Vox app on your phone.
How do we pair the Fastrack Reflex Vox?
Answer: For pairing the watch and the phone, it is
necessary for both the Bluetooth and GPS to be
turned on and the watch screen is on.
Steps:
To pair the watch with the phone, open the “Devices”
tab and select “Add Device”.
The watch should appear automatically on the
screen. Tap on the watch name being shown.
If the watch is not found automatically, select the QR
code scanning method.
Tap on the QR code reader icon (second on the top
right of the screen).
On the watch, swipe to reveal the QR code. Focus the
mobile camera on the QR code of the watch.
This will connect the watch with the phone.
