APP FUNCTIONS

Settings

You can see your Name first
in your settings. You can view
and edit your profile details
such as Name, Mobile
Number, Email, Birthdate,
Gender, Height, Weight,
Location and Delete your
account.

You can choose to turn on/off
notifications on your watch.
Click on "Turn On
Notifications" and allow the
app for Notification access
from your phone settings.
You can now enable/ disable
Notifications for individual
apps.
