If you use a third-party charger, the recommended output
Limitless FS1 voltage/current of the adaptor is 5V DC/1A and the
adapter shall be CE approval type. 

This device is a low-power radio transmitter and receiver. As
recommended by international guidelines, the device meets
applicable national SAR limits of 2.0W/kg (10g).10g SAR: meets
low-power exclusion level, SAR test is not required.
