CONNECTION
The best results you will achieve by connecting the tool through the air reducer and set on it the
pressure 6.2 Bar. The power cord should have minimal inner diameter 8 mm. Recommended 10
mm. The tool should be connected through filters set, at least 40 microns and the lubricator of
compressed air. If you do not dispose of the team preparing an air you will definitely short the
working time of a tool and lose the warranty.
Why? Incorrectly prepared compressed air because of its chemical and physical characteristics
causes:
Formation of sulfuric acid, slime, corrosion, clog of rotor blades, the device efface, non-ergonomic
work of the tool, power loss of the device.
The most important is an oil!
Without proper dosing from the pneumatic grease gun you will cause the device efface
due to poor lubrication. In case of too much lubrication the excessive oil outlet with air
will stick blades to the rotor instead to the blend of a tool.
COMPRESSOR EFFICIENCY
To work correctly with the pneumatic tool without overloading the compressor you should
supply yourself with the compressor about efficiency at least 50 % higher than an air
consumption provided in technical parameters of the device.
WORKING WITH TOOL
The tool start is followed by pressing the lever in the direction to the main body the tool
starts working immediately. Disconnection is followed by releasing the lever depend on
the load the tool can stop instantly or after few seconds. Torque change is followed after
turning the adjustment to the left or right and modification of the torque direction after
pressing the regulation from the left to right and conversely.
DOSING OF LUBRICATION
After 3 or 4 hours of working the tool should be lubricated with 4 or 5 drops, that is 1 drop
per hour.
DAMAGES AND OTHER DANGERS
1)
The tool cannot be used by children.
2)
In case of worn out return for recycling.
3)
Do not throw to the fire, do not use in the areas with the explosion risk.
4)
Replace parts with the original ones.

The device conducts electricity do not use near the live equipment.
6)
Do not use near combustible materials.
7)
Rotating parts can catch the cloth or hair.
8)
Do not operate the device with a hose.
9)
While not used by the operator disconnect it from the line of the compressor air.
