STEP 2:
PREPARE SUCTION &
RETURN LINES
Q . Install FL-1006 onto OEM engine return barb, this will connect to the metal tube on
the lower section of the fuel tank module. FL-1006 may need to be trimmed to length.
R . Install FL-100 9 onto OEM fuel tank module, this is where the FASS will return air/
excess fuel. Place bottom section of FL-100 9 into an open area of the fuel tank module
that will not obstruct the fuel level float. It may be necessary to drill a hole for the
FL-1009 to return in the bottom of the module. Place FL-1008 onto the 2 open barbs
in a loop.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INSTALL THE FL-1009 FOR THE FASS RETURN,
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN EXCESSIVE FASS PRESSURE.
