FILLING PROCEDURE
ATTENTION
POWER SWITCH MUST BE OFF

Remove ne fluid cap at the back of the unit and fill the unit with new brake fluid
2.
To fill in just enough fluid for each service is recommended to prevent contamination from the air.
OPERATING INSTRUCTION
IMPORTANT:
Each time the bleeder is filled with new brake fluid, air must be purged from the fluid supply hose before
connecting to the vehicle. Hold over a waste oil container (to collect any brake fluid that is forced out). Connect the unit
to battery. Switch on the power switch to allow air to escape. When brake fluid is free flowing, turn off power switch.

Install adaptor to the master cylinder of the brake system.

Connect the bleeder to the battery and connect quick coupler to the adaptor. The unit woking pressure is setted at 2
bar. Adjust pressure regulator on the panel while the power is on to accommodate the requirement of different
vehicles. The excess fluid will be return back to the new fluid tank.

Open brake nipple and connect to the bleeding bottle. Switch on the power and fluid control valve to start brake fluid
change. Once seeing new fluid coming into the bottle, turn off the power. Repeat process on all 4 wheels (in any
order).
4.
Once process is complete, turn off the power and fluid control valve to release the pressure. Disconnect hose
assembly from the adaptor and take adaptor off vehicle. Replace the master cylinder cap on the vehicle.
