Place the 48" x 93" length of PolyMax
®
lining inside the bunk frame. Using a 92 1/2" length of aluminum
strap, secure one side edge of the PolyMax
®
along the top tube on the inside using Tek screws spaced at
12".
Fold the other PolyMax
®
edge up along the other side of the bunk frame. Repeat the previous step to
secure the other side with aluminum strap and Tek screws. Finished product should look like bottom photo.

PolyMax

will expand or contract depending
on temperature. If the bunk is assembled
during cool or cold conditions, center the
PolyMax
®
lining in the frame and secure as
instructed. This allows expansion in both
directions when temperature increases.
