Parts List and Tools Required

1.  Slide the axle into the axle support.
2.  Take one of the thick axle flat washers and 

slide it onto the axle.

3.  Slide a wheel onto the axle and add one thin 

axle flat washers. Insert a cotter pin through 

the axle and bend the pin to secure.

4.  Push or lightly tap the axle to seat it against 

the installed washer and cotter pin.

5.  Repeat Steps 1-4 to install the remaining 

wheel.
